About the Artist:
Peter Damm has worked as a freelance writer, photographer, and poet. In the 1970s he attended the Master's Program in Creative Writing in Fiction at San Francisco State University, later earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, and has been a longtime co-owner of Berkeley Hills Realty. He grew up in a small town and on a farm in Michigan, the youngest of six children. He has traveled widely and lived abroad.
His photographic vision is a reflection of his rural upbringing, travel, and of his interest in water, sky, light, and the interface of human activity and the natural world.
