  • MARK VALENTINE, chef

    Head chef at Bucci's since 1988, Mark is the genius behind Bucci's innovative fare, blending the various Mediterranean cuisines in continuously surpising and delicious ways. Says Mark, "I learned to cook from watching my testy Scottish grandmother. Learned the rest by asking way too many questions of harried cooks with generous souls."


    DENISE JACKSON, pastry chef
    Denise has worked at Bucci's since 1990. She began as a prep cook while pregnant with her daughter Hannah and has since become an indispensible member of the Bucci's family.


    AMELIA BUCCI, co-owner
    Bucci's namesake, Amelia Bucci, is the host of the party. For Bucci, it's still very much about the "restaurant as living room. It's a consuming passion, you live the business 24 hours a day, so you might as well be comfortable in your own house."


    PAUL CAMARDO, co-owner
    Paul is the pizza maker, bread baker, sausage maker and critical eye that oversees the back of the house. A master pizzaiolo, Paul was one of the co-founders of Bucci's.


    LES JULIAN, co-owner
    A co-founder of Bucci's and its CFO, Les is responsible for the financial dealings of the restaurant. Over the years, Les has been the one left with all the details of bringing together the large numbers of people necessary to make the restaurant function.

    Dinner: Mon. - Sat. 5:30 - 9:30

    Bucci's Bar: Mon. - Fri. 2:30 - 5:30
